About Maggie

Calgary-Based Multidisiplinary Creative + Artist.

Maggie is a multidisiplinary artist, working across painting, photography, graphic design, and interior design.

Maggie brings her expertice to her companies, Bujou Studios and Precedent Developments, where she works as the CBO, defining brands and spaces through her unique point of view.

Maggie Bowles is a multidisciplinary artist + creative director working across fine arts, branding, design and the built environment.

Her work spans fine art, hospitality, fashion, and the built environment, connected by a singular approach to authorship, identity, and experience to shape brands, businesses, and spaces.

Maggie's work is not divided between art, branding, business, and real estate. It is one practice expressed through different forms.

Whether she is creating a painting, building a brand, reviving a product, or shaping a real estate development, the work begins in the same place: with a clear point of view about how something should look, feel, function, and be understood.

She approaches creative direction as a form of authorship, developing the full world around an idea rather than treating design as a finishing layer. Image, language, strategy, materiality, and experience are considered together, allowing each project to feel coherent, intentional, and unmistakably its own.

Maggie Bowles is a multidisciplinary artist, creative director, and real estate developer.
